In most cases, yes. However, Rinova's in-house planning team handles all applications on your behalf. We have a strong track record of approval across England, Scotland, and Wales, and cover all associated costs.
From signed lease to first wash is typically 10–12 weeks. This includes groundworks, utilities connection, equipment installation, and signage. We manage every stage so there is no disruption to your other site operations.
All maintenance, repairs, and consumables are Rinova's responsibility. Our engineering team operates 7 days a week with a target response time of under 4 hours for critical faults. Your income is not affected during downtime periods.
Our standard partnership is a 10-year term. Early exit provisions are included in the lease for specific circumstances such as compulsory purchase orders or significant redevelopment plans. Our legal team will walk you through the full terms before you sign.
Revenue share is calculated on gross wash revenue, tracked in real time via our dashboard. Payments are made monthly by BACS transfer, alongside a detailed statement. Annual audited accounts are also available on request.
